Dean J. Pompilio is the President and Founder of SteppingStone Solutions, Inc., a company he established in 2000 specializing in IT and cybersecurity consulting. With a career spanning over three decades, he has worked with Fortune 500 companies and multinational financial institutions, including Motorola, Bank of America, Capital One, and the World Bank. He also held a Top Secret security clearance while serving as a Senior Security Engineer for the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of State.
